Billing Policy

At Clifton Springs Medical Centre, we understand the importance of affordable healthcare for all individuals. That's why we offer bulk billing services for standard and long consultations for all Children 15 years and under and all healthcare card and pensioner concession card holders.

For all other patients, consultations are charged at $75 for a standard consultation and $120 for a long consultation with Medicare rebate available.

For other consultations that fall out of standard consultations, including work cover/TAC and employment medicals and paperwork, there will be extra fees applicable. Please contact us for more information. 

 

However, we assure you that any fees charged will be reasonable.

We kindly request that all accounts be paid on the day of the consultation.

Medical Procedures/Wound Dressings/Travel Vaccines

At our medical facility, we strive to provide the highest quality care to all of our patients. However, we must also consider the costs associated with medical procedures. As a result, we have implemented a fee for certain appointments.

We kindly ask that you inquire about the cost of your specific procedure or treatment when booking your appointment. This will ensure that you are fully informed and prepared for any associated fees.

Please note that the following appointments will incur a fee: skin biopsies, travel and non-government funded vaccines, wound dressings, iron infusions, ear syringing, laceration repair, plaster application, Implanon removal and insertion, and cervical screenings.

We understand that medical expenses can be a burden, and we are committed to being transparent and upfront about any costs associated with your care.
